New & Returning Student Scholarships
A total of $14,000 Awarded Annually
Service One is proud to offer annual scholarships to our members and their family. New students applying to SKYCTC or WKU and returning WKU students are eligible to apply. Applications are accepted each year in the spring.

Student Scholarships
Details about High School Scholarships:
SOCU offers $4,000 annually in High School Scholarships! This year, four (4) scholarships will be awarded in the amount of $1,000 each. High school seniors planning to attend Southcentral Kentucky Community and Technical College or Western Kentucky University may apply for a Service One scholarship. We are awarding four (4) $1,000 scholarships each to high schools seniors who are members or family of a Service One member. Apply online on this page between March 1 - 31.
Eligibility:
- Must be a high school senior enrolling in SKYCTC or WKU
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA
- Deadline: March 31, 2023

Details about Returning Student Scholarships:
SOCU offers $10,000 annually in WKU Academic Scholarships! Service One is proud to offer annual scholarships to our members and their family who are returning WKU students. Service One will award five $2,000 scholarships.
Eligibility:
- Open to all Service One CU members and their families who are returning WKU students for the 2023-2024 school year
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative G.P.A.
- Traditional, Non-Traditional, Undergraduate, and Graduate Status
